Responsible for the beverage service to Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service for restaurant customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Perform excellent customer service at all time.
Assists in training and job coaching of new bartenders.
Assists management in ordering and keeping visible inventory par up to standard pertaining to alcohol.
Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Participates in monthly inventory.
Maintains team moral and setting a positive example as a leader.
Responsible for the mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage/Food Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintains compliance with all regulations of health and sanitation standards as well as all applicable federal, state, local laws/ordinances; to include maintaining applicable food safety certification.
Receives, issues, and keeps necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
Maintains a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartenders responsibilities and rights under it.
Knowledge of all Gaming and beverage regulations.
Participates as a team member with all Beverage Servers, Barbacks, utilities, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Employees to ensure efficient operational standard.
Maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
Performs any reasonable request made by management

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two to three years previous experience required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor, the Team Member will be exposed to a smoke-filled environment.
