Banquet Server, serving large events-required, flexible schedule. Must be able to work early morning and late night shifts. Weekends a must.
Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.
Ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc.
Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments.
Assist servers and set up housepersons if needed.
Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management.
Maintain health and sanitation standards.
Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development. Conducts himherself (acts and dresses) professionally at all times; sets standards for all associates.
Minimum lifting of 20 pounds, minimum pulling of 20 pounds
Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
Hearing, reading, writing.
