Join our Food and Beverage team in Hampshire, expertly providing a luxury event experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the set-up, break down and service of Banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Manager, and according to Four Seasons' standards and procedures

This role is suited to individuals who are passionate about providing luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction by going the extra mile. You will be working collaboratively with our Food and Beverage team and Kitchen teams. This role provides insight into a variety of events, with frequent on-the-job training and opportunities to develop your talents. We have opportunities within our restaurant, bar, in-room dining and banqueting teams.

Salary: £26,000 pa (on target earnings) - base salary £23,795.20 pa plus service charge, typically circa £600 per month

Hours:

Full-time: 40 hours per week over 5 days. AM shifts are 7am to 3:30pm, PM shifts are 3:30pm to 12.30am and 6pm to 2.30am.

Casual hours: These shifts will vary depending on events that are scheduled.

We have opportunities for both full-time and casual hours.

Key responsibilities:-

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
