Banquet & Hospitality Attendant - Part Time

Position Description

The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the lead attendant before, during, and after events to ensure a positive guest experience. This is accomplished through providing great customer service by responding to all guest requests in a courteous and friendly manner, and attention to detail by following detailed banquet orders outlining customer specifications.

This position will work directly with lead attendant before events on setup of tables, chairs, and other equipment. During events the position will provide assistance to vendors and guests. After events responsibilities will include cleaning of facility, cleaning and proper storage of equipment, and preparing rooms for next event. This position often requires late evening and weekend hours.

What We're Looking For

Banquet and Hospitality Attendant - High school diploma or equivalent; one year experience in a customer service setting; and a valid Texas Class C Driver License and safe driving record.

Additional Information

Typical work schedule will be: Varied hours - can include day or evening shifts as well as weekends and events.
