The Banquet Coffee Break Attendant will work for this new 5 star private workspace and interact one on one with members of Offsite. Food service will include setting up, refreshing, and breaking down all coffee and nourishment stations, maintaining pantry inventory with management, utilizing club service standards, and anticipate guest needs and satisfaction through exceptional service.

  • Setting up, refreshing, and breaking down all Nourishment stations in designated Pantry areas
  • Maintaining daily inventories to ensure stock levels match Offsite par requirements
  • Providing guests at Offsite exceptional service throughout all phases of their experience at the club while commanding full pantry knowledge and preparation methods
  • Maintaining all equipment, tools, and supplies while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department and local health department (i.e. maintaining cleanliness of all Pantry areas in accordance to Offsite standards)
  • Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, sales, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other associates
  • Always showing enthusiasm, being positive, humble, thankful and respectful to all team members


  • Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in similar F&B position at a catering, club, or co-working environment
  • Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Most work tasks are performed indoors
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks and physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food are required
