This role involves preparing and filing bankruptcy claims, addressing claim objections, collaborating with outside counsel on contract and sales motions, and handling plan confirmations and avoidance actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file claims in bankruptcy cases.
• Respond to claim objections with precision and legal expertise.
• Work closely with outside counsel on contract and sales motions.
• Manage plan confirmation and avoidance actions efficiently.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• Active admission to a state bar.
• At least 2 years of full-time legal experience, specializing in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
• Strong litigation and transactional skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet/intranet usage.
