Dore Rothberg Law, PC (DRL) is looking for a detail-oriented attorney interested in working primarily on creditor-side bankruptcy matters. In particular, this role will advise oil & gas service companies on restructuring, unsecured creditors, creditors rights, litigation, collections, and mineral lien disputes.

You have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other attorneys, paralegal staff, and clients. You have the ability to organize and prioritize workload; you possess good judgment in decision-making to adequately and efficiently meet deadlines.

Education and Experience We're looking for a driven attorney with at least 5 years of experience and 2-3 years of experience on bankruptcy or creditors rights issues.
This is not a role for brand new lawyers. You should know that practical experience and proven proficiency may be even more highly regarded, since that’s how the founder of the firm started out. Top 50% GPA preferred but not required.
Strong legal writing experience. Practical extracurricular experience (Law Review, journal, moot court, mock trial, etc) are preferred but not required.
