We are currently looking for a motivated BankingTransformation Analyst to join our team. In this exciting role, you willanalyze data and business requirements, create reports and other documentation,and work with team members to solution issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating a matrixed team in the documentation of data and system requirements.

  • Work with clients to understand and translate their needs into IT system requirements and solutions.

  • Provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information.

  • Perform and participate in the analysis, process flow and implementation of application interfaces and touchpoints.

  • Work with internal groups and outside vendors to ensure a successful and quality project completion.

  • Map software Interfaces to functions.

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify software process flows.

  • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience.

  • Provide input for application process flow to software testers.

  • Reconcile problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.

  • Provide advanced analysis and strong written and verbal communications with management, staff and contractors.

  • Work independently and in a team environment to complete needed jobs. May lead a project team or initiative.

  • Take ownership of issues and work closely with various teams to develop resolutions.

  • Communicate status, risks, issues, and upcoming objectives.

  • Facilitate the completion, approval, and storage of project artifacts (including requirements, designs, process and system flow diagrams, use cases, and other documents).

  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.

  • Strong academic performance or equivalent professional experience such as software development and system integrations.

  • Understands distributed applications, middleware, databases and data models.

  • Effective at negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among teams.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in related field.

  • Financial services or banking industry experience.

  • Working knowledge of IBM Rational or equivalent (i.e. Jira, Quality Center, etc.).

Proficient knowledge of branch operations, including loans, deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies. Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
