Our Financial Services Representative will be held accountable for:

• Upholding SmartBank's Core Values and Core Purpose.

• Serves as the Bank's primary contact with its clients, both in providing services and routing inquiries to appropriate personnel.

• Accurately receives deposits and payments for all types of accounts, verifies cash and negotiability of checks and issues receipts, giving credit for funds according to bank policies.

• Opens all types of deposit accounts for new and existing clients, accurately, efficiently and in compliance with SmartBank's policies and procedures.

• This position will be based in our Maryville, TN branch, but will occasionally work in our other Blount and Knoxville branches.

Ideal candidates for the role will include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's preferred.

• Banking experience preferred.

• Cash handling experience required.

• Excellent customer service skills.
