We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Shared Services and Banking Operations to be a member of the Cash Liquidity and Funding team who is responsible for critical funding aspects across all business entities for the Americas.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you'll do in the role:
Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
Execute a wide range of assurance activities (e.g., audits, continuous monitoring, closure verification)
Understand and adopt new audit tools and techniques
Develop clear and concise messages regarding risk and business impact within relevant coverage area
Identify and leverage data to incorporate into analysis of coverage area
Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to build effective working relationships and to execute on team deliverables
Effectively manage multiple deliverables while delivering high-quality work
What you'll bring to the role:
Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
Understanding of audit principles, tools and processes (e.g., risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting and continuous monitoring)
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and adapt messages to audience
Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data
A commitment to practicing inclusive behaviors
Willingness to solicit and provide feedback to further develop self and peers
At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Bachelor's degree required

Role is hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
