Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking to fill a role for a Teller. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cash handling roles, such as retail or customer service, but specific bank teller experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provide. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their banking needs Accurately and efficiently process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.

Handle cash, checks, and various financial instruments with a strong focus on accuracy. Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily. Provide information and assistance regarding bank products and services.

Identify and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in cash handling or customer service roles (such as retail) is preferred. Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with computers and banking software.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.
