Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Process loan payments, issue official bank checks, and provide account-related information.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and other financial instruments.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide information about banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
• Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in a customer service or cash-handling role is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
