Bank Teller

We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our client's team This role requires fluency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Process daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy.

Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and ensure all debits and credits are accurately recorded. Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, loans, and other banking services. Utilize financial software to manage account information and transaction records efficiently.

Support loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation from clients. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationship management efforts. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to account management and transaction processing.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Experience Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of basic math principles.

Familiarity with relationship management techniques to foster positive interactions with customers. Proficiency in using financial software and systems for efficient transaction processing.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
