Initiate sales through gaining an understanding of our client's financial needs and identifying ways to effectively recommend Level One Bank's products and services. Identify referrals and make regular calls to new and existing clients to enhance the relationship.
Execute teller transactions in line with the Bank's loss mitigation and operational excellence standards. Responsible and accountable for opening Level One products/services i.e.. consumer/business checking, savings, money markets and certificate of deposit accounts accurately..
Participate in daily/monthly operational audits functions to achieve operational excellence. As assigned by management.
High School Diploma/equivalent required
At least 2 years of retail banking experience preferred
Cash handling and customer service experience required
Ability to build strong relationships with teammates and business partners through collaboration
Ability to work banking center hours
