Job Description Job Description Bank Teller Location; Dana Point, CA JOB DESCRIPTION Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account-related questions.

Handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks, including balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift. Promote bank products and services to customers, referring them to other team members as needed. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations regarding money handling and financial transactions.

Identify and report suspicious activities in accordance with bank policy and security measures. Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare related reports. QUALIFICATIONS Previous cash handling experience is required; customer service experience is highly preferred.

Banking experience is a strong plus and highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Basic proficiency in computers and banking software. High school diploma or equivalent required.
