The Opportunity

The Bank Fraud Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Fraud Unit to ensure the achievement of the corporate goals for growth, retention and quality service for the department.

Role requires flexibility in working schedule

The Work Itself

Responsible to ensure quality control. The scope of this position includes the management of the personnel within the department as well as interfacing with the various departments and business partners associated with the department. The position reports directly to the Fraud Unit Manager. Respond to incoming inquiries.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (Criminal Justice majors preferred) or the equivalent combination of education and experience (5-7 years of Fraud experience)

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in financial services

  • Management experience and the demonstrated capability for leading and motivating staff

  • Experience in all aspects of performance development

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and provide oversight to the warehouse and logistics department on the floor to ensure daily requirements are met. * Be the point of contact for daily operations and ensures there is adequate coverage for all required tasks at all facilities. * Be the Warehouse SME to understand the critical aspect of product, component and labeling requirements. Point of reference for Audit and acts as SME. * Approve SOP and relevant quality documentation. SME and responsible for review and sign off of relevant documentation per the function (i.e. mfg) as required by the quality process in the execution of the relevant work. * Perform/assist in the completion and documentation of the process steps as per the documentation directives. * Proactively identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes, opportunities for continuous improvement. Facilitates team identification of these opportunities. * Acts as a champion for PE / Lean methodology and application of Lean concepts in work area. Qualifications Education: * A minimum of an associate degree or professional certification is required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is preferred. Experience and Skills: * A minimum of 8 years of experience or 4 years of experience with a bachelor's degree working in a regulated manufacturing environment is required. * Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Power Point is required. * Prior supervisory experience is preferred. * Distribution / warehousing experience is preferred. * Experience using SAP is preferred. * Occasional lifting and/or moving from 5 to 50lbs material is required. Other: * This position is located in Fort Washington, PA and may require up to 5% domestic travel.
