Job Summary / Essential Functions:
Drive and generate sales leads to nurture and grow established and new relationships to grow market share for the banking center through frequent participation in business development activities
Consistently execute, coach to and lead the defined sales and service process. Provide team members timely, candid and constructive feedback; assisting in the development of team members to their full potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance team members career growth; recognize and regarding employees for accomplishments.
Remain current on the daily duties and responsibilities for the efficient operations of the banking center. Stay informed and act upon regular updates from Retail Operations, BSA/Compliance and other departments
Develop and maintain close relationships with business partners, such as Mortgage Loan Officers, Business Development Officers and Treasury Management to connect to generate Make regular business development calls to enhance new business or improve services to existing clients.
In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures
Demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
Provide loan portfolio management for small business lending clients assigned to banking center
Solid technology skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power Point)
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and sales management skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; presents a positive and professional image, effectively collaborates with diverse teams, and is successful at achieving results through the effort of others.
Excellent problem solving, decision making, critical and strategic thinking skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
NMLS registration under the terms of the SAFE Act and Regulations Z
Experience / Education Requirements:
5 + years of banking center management experience
5 + years of Business Development Experience
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Environment / Physical Factors:
Ability to work regular evenings and weekends
Ability to work with challenging clients
Ability to work outdoors for community and bank events
Ability to travel locally
Standing for long periods at a time
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
