Responsibilities include:

Shifts begin @ 3am

Baking Bagels, Croissants, Muffins

Prepping Iced Coffees/Iced tea

Cold Brew

Setting up 3 bay sink

Turning all machines to be ready to open

Take food temps to ensure food safety

Merchandise donut case and bakery case for the day

Shift ends @ 11 am- Great time to be done with work for the day !

Provide guest service through the morning rush
