The Baker/Finisher will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. The Baker/Finisher will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to guests.

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities(s):

o Manage and execute nightly baking:

• Overnight Baking hours range from Midnight to 7am

• Day Baking hours range from 4am to 11am

• Prep, baking and decorating of donuts

• Prep and baking of bagels and muffins

• Equipment and dishes clean up

o Inventory Management:

• Weekly inventory counting

o Additional duties as assigned

• Self-Motivated

• Reliable transportation

• 12am-7am

• Open/Flexible Schedule (weekends/holidays and overnight shifts required)
