Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Create access control badges to include all programming as it relates to activation and deactivation.

  • Process Tenant badges and maintain appropriate logs regarding the issuance, return and track all associated actions.

  • Perform customer service by interacting with internal and external clients and assisting in finding resolutions of issues or concerns.

  • Monitor all communication devices to include but not limited to: phones, emails or online requests.

  • Maintain resiliency with team members-cross train as directed by supervisor and manager.

  • Report all issues that cannot be resolved within scope of work to supervisor and manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)
  • Ability to meet and maintain any applicable licensing or certifications requirements (e.g. AED, CPR or First Aid)

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • One year of experience working in a security industry or customer service environment

  • Two years of experience working with Microsoft applications

  • One year of work history to include photography, printing, and/or graphic design

Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively

  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or foreign citizen legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law

  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Bell is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team in Fort Worth, TX. This role will support the Contract Department and is responsible for performing proposal preparation and contract administrative tasks. The Contracts Administrator interfaces with functions, IPTs, COEs and Customers to coordinate contracting and compliance actions. In addition, the Contracts Administrator will maintain contract systems, reports / metrics, data, correspondence and files. Position Responsibilities: * Coordinating RFPs / RFQs and Estimate Requests (ERs) with internal and external customers. * Accessing, maintaining, and utilizing Bell information management systems. * Supporting negotiations and contract definitization. * Coordinating terms and conditions and contractual documents and requirements. * Structure, coordinate and administer all new aircraft deliveries. * Interact with Contracts team and the Executive Director to support the structure of deals, related agreements and contract terms to maximize revenue. * Document production involved with the closing/approval of aircraft to the customer. * Manage extensive functional coordination between multiple internal departments to ensure effective and efficient compliance with contractual and customer requirements. * Administer contract from time of signature to delivery of the aircraft. * Coordinate with Export/Import compliance to ensure all proper licenses and permissions are accomplished as required by law. * Primary point of contact and lead for contract construction on special contract terms. * Ensure contracts are acceptable to the customer's needs while still meeting the financial and business objectives established by Bell Helicopter Management. * Responsible for follow-up once the contract has been executed, issue necessary internal documents to assure the applicable departments are aware and understand Bell's obligation under the terms of the contract. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Position Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience in Contracts, Pricing, Legal, Business Management, Program Management or Procurement is required. * PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to organize, plan and prioritize a variety of Contracts assignments. * Ability to work effectively with customers and representatives from other Preferred Skills and Experience: * USG Contracts - Prefer familiarity with FAR / DFARS and USG acquisition process.
