As a Receiving Team Lead, you will lead team members to efficiently and accurately unload merchandise, process as to be floor ready. Provide leadership to your team and act as Executive In Charge (EIC) during off peak hours. You and your team will drive sales by driving a strong customer centric, fun and engaging culture. With training, coaching and development your team members will grow following your leadership. Perform other duties as necessary.
