Title: Backhaul Coordinator

Location: Onsite Arcadia, WI

The Backhaul Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the transportation logistics and operations of backhaul activities for the company. This position primarily involves coordinating the scheduling and optimization of backhaul shipments to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Backhaul Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of backhaul activities.

What do you need?

Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Strong organizational and analytical skills are necessary for managing shipments and schedules effectively, including proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

Time management skills are crucial for managing deadlines and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in transportation management systems and logistics software is preferred, along with knowledge of transportation regulations for compliance purposes.
