Job Description:

We're searching for a talented Backend Engineer to join our team of approximately 10 engineers. As a key member, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of our open-source platform, tackling challenging engineering problems in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems for our feature flagging and A/B testing platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Lead the development of SDKs in multiple programming languages
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their growth
• Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Experience with public external customer SDK/API
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Fluency in 3+ programming languages
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Previous startup experience preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Additional Details:

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000

• No relocation assistance offered; fully remote position
