How you will contribute:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose areas for automation.

• Create detailed "as-is" and "to-be" process maps, workflows, and documentation to support understanding and communication of current and future processes.

• Conduct meetings and interviews with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand their needs and objectives.

• Convert business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications for the RPA development team.

• Assess the suitability of processes for automation by analyzing their complexity, volume, and potential benefits.

• Work with the RPA team to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of automating various business processes.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the RPA development team, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Organize and facilitate meetings to discuss project requirements, progress, and challenges.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to automations

• Assist in creating training materials and documentation to help end-users understand and utilize RPA solutions effectively.

• Offer support during and after the implementation phase to address any issues or concerns that arise.

Qualifications:

• Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams and documentation.

• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Keen eye for detail in documenting processes and requirements.

• Aptitude for identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas in both written and spoken formats.

• Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management.

• Basic knowledge of business operations and processes in various industries.

• Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

• Availability to work part-time or full-time as required by the internship program.
