The Business Analyst Manager provides leadership and direction to the Business Analyst team. This position will establish goals and implement processes to ensure the team is effectively and efficiently implementing Zuercher products.
Under minimal supervision, this position ensures that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved through the Business Analyst's ability to recommend best practice solutions of Zuercher software and respond to customers' requests in a timely manner. This person manages the success of the Business Analysts through their Zuercher product knowledge, industry knowledge, customer service skills and ability to implement projects within a dynamic environment. The Business Analyst Manager will interact with other management staff as well as with Project Managers to ensure that the team's activities support the goals of the organization.
Skills/Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs configuration reviews and quality analysis on Business Analyst's projects
Identifies individual and team areas of improvement and provides direction on how to improve
Works with Director of Implementation Services to plan and implement initiatives for implementation services team.
Leads team meetings and team initiatives to meet company goals
Works with Business Analysts to identify career progression goals
Updates and manages documentation, including but not limited to wikis, one sheets, system review, configuration spreadsheet, etc.
Schedules and assists with webinars for major releases
Plans and organizes major release recap meetings
Attends BPRs & Go-Live's to evaluate Zuercher product messaging
Creates implementation processes for new products along with the Business Analyst team
Knowledgeable of the Zuercher product line and depending on workload, provides project support for other Business Analysts
Provides project support for other Business Analysts as needed
Works closely with Project Managers to assign Business Analysts to projects
Tracks utilization and project workload for Business Analysts
Manages support and client relations tickets that require Business Analyst follow up
Presents at user conferences as necessary
Work with a wide range of disciplines and personalities, both internally and externally

Education: Bachelor or Associate degree
Professional Certification (s): n/a
Specialized knowledge: Public safety or system analysis knowledge required. Software Implementation knowledge preferred
MS Product Suite specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel
Experience (years and type): Previous Management experience required
Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated. Very strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs, maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
