Position Overview:

We have a unique opportunity to join our Specialty Wholesale team as an Account Executive supporting the Northeast region and developing our Corporate Sales/B2B Wholesale program. Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager, the Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for supporting, developing and driving existing business as well as prospecting, cultivating and growing new business. Our ideal candidate is a dependable, highly motivated team player who will represent our brand and provide exceptional support to our Wholesale team and our partners. This role combines the need for proven sales experience and exceptional communication skills to ensure our relationships with new and existing wholesale partners maintain the highest standard and level of business.



  • Meet or exceed all individual monthly, quarterly and annual wholesale revenue plans

  • Identify additional revenue opportunities within each account through new product offerings, events, and visual merchandising enhancements in addition to other creative planning ideas

  • Forecast monthly and yearly revenue projections for actual inventory units and dollars within specific capsule and seasonal collections

  • Reinvigorate wholesale partnerships within mature markets to achieve wholesale revenue targets


  • Develop an action plan and priority list for prospecting new accounts based on given territory saturation and customer segments

  • Log all prospecting efforts on a weekly basis and report to wholesale management

  • Determine any open opportunities while protecting our current business and ensuring continued growth

Account Maintenance

  • Ensure customers are meeting minimum quarterly guidelines for revenue and product assortment needs

  • Monitor seasons ordered, dollars purchased, account sell through, events, returns and sales performance for each account in given territory/control

  • Understand each account's Kendra Scott business and guide them in best practices to maximize revenue

  • Plan events with accounts to maximize excitement over the Kendra Scott brand with new launches, Kendra Gives Back events, etc.

  • Collaborate with retail, events and web cross functional partners on ideas to support the brand and demand in your territory

  • Implement visual merchandising standards across all accounts to ensure a consistent customer experience that complements our Kendra Scott retail stores

Corporate Sales Responsibility

  • Create and manage a corporate and large account gifting and sales program aimed at providing the best product offering and customer experience

  • Develop action plan, strategy, and priority list for prospecting new and track progress weekly

  • Evaluate prospective partners to align with brand representation

  • Collaborate regularly with wholesale team, management and related departments to overcome challenges/roadblocks in process

  • Work directly with inventory teams on current product opportunities and production teams on timelines for bulk orders

  • Determine best product and assortment presentations for bulk orders and gifting promotions


  • Travel to markets to present new collections and support team members

  • Plan and execute road trips throughout your territory to present new collections, sales training and visual merchandising assistance

  • Travel to accounts for trunk shows and events as needed

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Must reside in NYC or be willing to relocate to operate out of the Kendra Scott showroom

  • 5+ years' experience in wholesale sales

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

  • Wholesale experience and/or familiarity with the Northeast region is preferred

  • Ability to operate tactically and strategically in a high-growth, dynamic environment

  • Passion for the brand and its core values: Family, Fashion, Philanthropy

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Primary Function The primary responsibilities of the Wholesale Account Manager are to conduct the necessary loan tasks and functions required in order to close loans that are in the active pipeline. The Wholesale Account Manager must maintain NPF quality standards through proper loan due diligence, attention to detail, and completion of all required steps in a timely and efficient manner. The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for post underwriting pipeline tasks, and communication with internal Client Managers, Account Executives, vendors, and clients to troubleshoot problems and identify necessary steps that need to take place in order to close loans. The Wholesale Account Manager works closely with several internal departments: Underwriting, Secondary Marketing, Closing, and Post Closing. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform review of loans originated by third parties for general guidelines and identify outstanding items or questions that could cause closing delays. * Communicate all approval status changes and clear to close statuses with client and/or client manager via phone or e mail. * Discuss conditions as dictated by UW and internal policy, and ensure client/client manager understands what is required. * Resolve problems and questions with underwriting department and secondary marketing department. * Perform pipeline tasks necessary to clear loan conditions, and preview all conditions that are submitted to NPF by clients that are pending UW review. * Maintain daily workflow prioritization, and communicate accordingly, to ensure all urgent matters are dealt with, and purchase transactions do not carry beyond target close date. * Audit files for compliance throughout the loan process: RESPA/GFE, Compensation Rules, HOEPA, all applicable predatory lending tests, TILA, MDIA, and Appraiser Independence requirements. * Complete all processing tasks required prior to submission to closing department and submit files to the closer free of deficiencies. * Perform closing confirmation calls with borrowers within 24 hours of settlement on an as needed basis.
