The Job: Team CHOMPS is searching for a highly productive and energetic B2B Sales Specialist to build the foundation for a profitable B2B sales channel. We will be distributing our products directly to these B2B customers. It's your responsibility to build a relationship with the key decision makers and provide ongoing support to ensure they can successfully resell the inventory. The goal is to provide a personalized, enjoyable experience for the B2B customers and provide them with an additional stream of revenue through our products and platform.

Responsibilities:
Collaboration on the prospecting strategy for new potential customers
Coordinating sample distribution to prospective customers
Constant improvement of processes around customer onboarding and account management/relationship building
Growing customer base as well as customer LTV through retention
Ensuring the CRM (Salesforce) and Pardot is up to date
Collaborating to develop B2B promotional calendar
Organizing and updating latest sales materials
Planning, organizing and attending B2B sales events
Budgeting and forecasting to ensure we are hitting revenue and profitability KPI's
Requirements:
BA or higher
2-3 years in a sales role
Meticulous record keeping
Strong planning and project management skills
Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (marketing automation) a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to stay motivated in the face of adversity
Team player & scrappy, resourceful mindset
Data analytics & insights experience a plus
Tech Savvy (Dropbox, Google Drive & hangouts, Gmail, Apple Mail, Adobe /PDF, etc.)
