You will:

  • Qualify, develop and book sales to SMBs

  • Demonstrate and articulate our value proposition to prospective customers.

  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals

  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booked sales targets

  • Be introspective about your strengths and proactive about opportunities for growth

  • Provide feedback to leadership about customer needs and expectations

  • Track your activities and metrics in our CRM

Your foundations:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience including one year of closing experience

  • You're not afraid to get on the phone

  • Has demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets

  • Competes fiercely and is driven by a desire to win for yourself and your team

  • Starts with the customer and understands that high quality service breeds loyalty

  • You believe in getting your hands dirty and taking on the hard work of getting things done

  • You Thrive in and embrace a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing

  • Focuses on analytics with equal fervor to building customer rapport
