ABOUT THE ROLE

The B2B SaaS Solution Consultant is involved with the evolutions and support of the UpClear solution. In this role, you will work with the Client Service and the Solution teams to analyze business requirements, configure & test the solution, and contribute to the evolution of the solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build expertise in the UpClear solution functionality and develop ownership in a few areas
  • Support deployment to new clients and new projects by taking ownership of requisite project tasks ; support existing clients via regular meetings and online help desk management ; work with clients to support data integration and analytics requirements
  • Product management - contribute to product evolution design, test new functionality based on customer and roadmap requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP or Enterprise Software (deployment and support)
  • STEM bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or client facing roles
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Data management and troubleshooting skills
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
