Overview

The B2B Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting our account executives and internal sales team in delivering custom spaces solutions throughout the sales cycle, including designing, quoting, order processing, installation and post-order follow-up. This position will work closely with operations managers and partner with other departments to drive business sales.

Responsibilities

  • Exercises effective prioritization skills to manage multiple Business Solutions projects daily and meet deadlines as directed by the Operations Managers

  • Maintains consistent communication with other departments that impact Business Solutions (e.g., Stores, Transportation, Fulfillment, Installation, Buying, Marketing, and others) to ensure the success and completion of individual orders and projects

  • Establishes an effective and professional relationship with our account executives, installation partners, internal business partners and customers

  • Supports the development of sales opportunities, including designing, quoting, placing orders, post-project follow-up (e.g., scheduling and confirming product delivery) and providing billing details as needed

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of workflows and processes and can follow them thoroughly

  • Focuses on driving department and company initiatives with determination and a positive attitude

  • Provides consistent and constructive feedback to direct supervisor, specifically related to training and coaching opportunities during individual updates

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred

  • 2-5 years of project management, sales, training or related experience

  • Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule

  • Ability to travel 5%, based on the business needs

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce

  • Ability to provide competent customer service over multiple communication channels to complete business orders

  • Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs

  • Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization

  • Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once

  • Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure

  • Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
