The B2B Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the ongoing project management of all B2B programs. This role is responsible for leading the integration and development of these programs. This position must collaborate across multiple internal and external teams and functions to understand the business and sales strategy, develop end-to-end processes around data reporting and marketing analysis in support of the strategy, and identify business issues and solutions based on advanced understanding of business processes and metrics.
Evaluates card programs regularly. Measures and reports sales and profitability of the programs to all key stakeholders. Develops and secures business relationships with potential strategic partners to grow B2B gallons across all card programs. Collaborates with vendors as well as third party and proprietary fleet card issuers to develop and execute fleet card programs and operational strategies. Researches methods to increase third party and proprietary fleet card usage and profitability. Recognizes and resolves issues related to programs, partnerships, and current marketing strategies. Schedules and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the business including process improvement, ongoing support around reporting and analysis, and responding to ad hoc requests as they arise. Performs a variety of other marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
High School Diploma
Salesforce experience a plus
Communication skills - able to build rapport over the phone with external customers and in person with internal customers and peers
Excellent Product and Process knowledge
Time management and work prioritization skills
Handles complex or unusual situations with ease
Identifies and takes action to improve process or situation
Ability to work cross functional with Fleet customers, internal and external sales representatives, credit, partners and Leadership
Must successfully pass a background investigation
College degree in Marketing
Coaching experience or ambition preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above.
Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
Must be able to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
