JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

Support the B2B growth across WSI and at the brand levels: Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma. Provide transparency to the sales, margin, and inventory impact to our main businesses (DTC and Retail). Partner cross-functionally with brand planning, sourcing, supply chain, finance, IT, call centers and distribution centers to ensure we are creating scalable B2B processes and achieve budgeted growth. Proactively analyze data and have strong communication and presentation skills to translate our detailed findings to management and cross-functional teams.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Publish Monday reporting, including but not limited to:

  • Brand standards (ex: Marriott) performance for week prior vs LY vs recent trend

  • Analyze the impact B2B discounts had on brand's performance for week prior vs LY vs recent trend

  • Demand reporting from Salesforce/ Net and Margin reporting from Microstrategy

  • Analyze B2B Trade (residential clients) vs Contract (commercial clients) performance by brand.

  • Analyze B2B sales in stores vs online.

  • Analyze regional territory performance for the business sales team to reach their weekly and annual goals.

  • OTB management and planning requirements

  • Actualize, reforecast, and reorder B2B uniqueassortments (ex: Marriott, restaurant tables, custom projects).

  • Partner with internal program manager, corporate partner, and finance to project sales and margin for OTB reforecasts, placing tight receipt flows to support project openings.

  • Approve project openings/ renovations by ensuring we have inventory flow to support the needed delivery.

  • Partner with the call centers and distribution centers to key large projects and coordinate delivery/ pick up.

  • Actualize, reforecast, communicate B2B branddemand, net, margin to brand planning.

  • Publish quarter end/ year end analysis to identify key brand categories generating the highest B2B volume.

  • Partner with brand planning during investment review to ensure brand strategy incorporates B2B growth.

  • Cross-functional tasks:

  • Partner with IT, finance, and management to create scalable planning processes.

  • Partner with finance to publish sales recaps, month end close accounting, and analyze sales trends.

  • Partner with supply chain to improve delivery timelines and service to clients.

  • Partner with manager and brand planning to approve large orders pulling from brand inventory.

  • Partner with brand planning on overstock SKU lists, publish lists to contract sales team to drive brand volume.

  • Partner with brand planning on pricing for large corporate orders, ensuring any brand margin impact is communicated.

Affirm is looking for a B2B Website & SEO Manager to join our Merchant Lifecycle Marketing team and oversee the development of the next phase of our B2B website. You'll be part of the team building processes, programs, content, and campaigns to support our ambitious merchant growth goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission driven start-up organization. This person will report to the Director of Merchant Lifecycle Marketing and is based in our San Francisco Headquarters. What you'll do: * Audit existing B2B website and reimagine the next phase of how we tell our story to existing and prospective merchants, ensuring that we create the right experiences for merchants at each step of their buying journey * Create and implement an SEO strategy to drive demand including keyword research, analysis of site structure, and recommendations for content development with SEO goals in mind. Collaborate with the Content team to ensure SEO keyword strategy is adopted * Lead development of campaign landing pages in collaboration with the B2B Marketing Manager and the Sr. Marketing Automation Manager * Manage ongoing site updates through our content management system (Contentful) * Own B2B website A/B testing roadmap; collaborate with Analytics team to launch and evaluate test results within Optimizely * Partner with Web Development and Creative teams to launch new B2B page templates * Support email marketing list growth strategies through on-site tactics * Measure & optimize site traffic and performance leveraging Google Analytics and in partnership with our Analytics team.
