MilliporeSigma is hiring for a B2B Excellence Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving adoption rates and incremental sales growth through the eProcurement (B2B) channel, focusing on our existing customers with an eProcurement platform integration.
You will use data, voice of customer, internal stakeholders & other information sources to screen for growth opportunities of the eProcurement channel. Collaborate with 3rd party eProcurement platform providers and internal teams to co-develop new functionality that improves the customer experience. Support the local commercial teams on customer visits by actively driving the B2B channel conversation with the aim to identify channel challenges and opportunities.
Interface directly with the various personas of our customers to understand the unique aspects of their buying journey. Use insights from these conversations to develop and execute against revenue initiatives. Work hand in hand with Training and Development teams to create and deliver eProcurement trainings to various departments within the organization. Mine various data sources to identify trends in the Life Sciences eProcurement market
Who You Are:
Proven success in driving adoption rates for new technologies
Team player and self-starter with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and create relationships
Proficient in project management, training delivery & change management methodology
