B-1 Line Poly Operator

Duties:

• Operate molding machines to produce high-quality product

• Set up molds and perform mold changes as needed

• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure proper production

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve any issues that may arise

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Experience operating a forklift to transport materials and finished products

• Proficiency in basic math calculations for measuring and mixing materials

• Ability to assemble components according to specifications

• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in molding or related field preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Day Shift

• Off Shift (evenings, overnight)

• Weekends as needed
