Job Description Job Description Salary: 145,000 - 165,000 RedMatter Solutions, a leading technology firm specializing in cloud solutions, is seeking a talented Azure Solutions Architect to join our client engagement team in Arlington, Virginia. As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in maintaining secure and efficient operation of identity and authentication solutions while providing technical expertise and support for Entra ID (Azure AD) implementations.

This role is a technical role that requires strong communication skills as you will be required to work with and collaborate with leadership and C-level executives. Key Responsibilities: Maintain secure and efficient operation of identity and authentication solutions, specifically focusing on Entra ID systems.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating Microsoft Entra ID tasks, including user provisioning, authentication policies, conditional access, and group management. Perform complex product troubleshooting and remediation as necessary, investigating product bugs, assessing business impact, and collaborating with stakeholders and senior team members on solutions. Translate customer feedback into actionable processes and workflows for effective case resolution.

Design, develop and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, and PowerShell scripts. Design and implement Azure Automation tools and services including Runbooks, Logic Apps, PowerAutomate, etc. Integrate applications of various levels of complexity into Entra ID for modern authentication and authorization capabilities Legacy apps Enterprise self-hosted applications Modern cloud/platform applications Design and develop cloud solutions to support a complex and wide-spread hybrid environment (on-premise and cloud) Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Azure cloud solutions and infrastructure management. Strong understanding of different deployment resource types (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS) and when to deploy each type.

Experience in implementing Zero Trust solutions using Entra ID. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure and its ecosystem of platforms and services. Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.

Azure certifications preferred, demonstrating expertise in Azure cloud technologies. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
