Job Description: The open program administrator position will be responsible for providing complete coordination/administrative support to the CNAEP D2D Team.
Job duties will include calendaring, access management, equipment ordering, meeting and event planning, expense report and p-card reconciliation and ordering supplies, space-planning, help with on-boarding, in addition to other activities. The position will be a part of the D2D Support team, and report to the Core Team Leader. The resource will provide seamless administrative support to the D2D Core Team and their organizations, by pooling resources, continually driving efficiency, sharing knowledge and best practices, and working collaboratively.
Must be flexible to periodic assignment changes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills, flexibility, effective prioritization and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. This position also requires the ability to discreetly handle confidential information.
Key job responsibilities include: Administration and Access Management Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Sharepoint Onboarding and Offboarding Team Members mostly contractors Coordinate between various Program stakeholders for space planning, approvals and Program administration support Maintaining calendar, preparing pre-read materials, arranging meeting logistics across different media, multiple locations and time zones as required, coordinate ordering office supplies, ergonomic equipment and catering, and reconcile p-card invoices Communicating effectively through telephone and written communication Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism Required skills: Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience supporting one or more Agile TeamsProficiency in Azure DevOps Administration and Management Boards, Process, Plans, Backlog and so onProficiency in Office365 products (including Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, MS Forms)Strong analytical skills to independently problem solve.
Experience in event planning, video conferencing, and room booking Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and teamwork. Highly organized and detail oriented.
