Role Description:
Azure Information Protection
o Manage and oversee day to day activities of Azure IP platform
o Work on AIP issues reported to Techops with users and help to streamline the process.
o Work with MS on escalated issues regarding AIP.
o Liaise with Microsoft to understand roadmap and align service offering accordingly
o Recommend and document changes in processes and/or policies that relate to the AIP service to optimize and improve the value of the AIP service.
o Check daily usage and provide visibility to management via platform usage reports.
? Atlassian stack (Jira/ Confluence):
o Oversee, administer and support Atlassian JIRA/Confluence platform.
o Supporting users for configuration changes in Jira projects which include changes in workflows and custom fields.
o Confluence space administration and general user support and group and user permission management.
o Working with vendor on issues related to Atlassian platform.
o Document standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures for admins/users of the system.
? General Application Support
o Troubleshoot .NET/ Java applications
o Analyze and debug logs to identify application issues
o Performance Analysis/ debugging using tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, etc.

(Centrifugal chillers, chilled water, adiabatic, thermal storage systems, CRAH/CRAC, etc.) * Experience with alternative, energy efficient water treatment methodologies and developing chemistry programs for processed water treatment * Understanding of maintenance & operation of critical environment backup electrical equipment.
