• Azure solution architect expert certification.

• Windows and Linux OS hands on.

• Microservices Hands on.

• Working knowledge on Networking.

• Able to stabilize the current Azure environment, implement cloud native features to improve turnaround time to deliver/spin-up cloud resources, automate through cloud tools/features, ensure scalable and robust cloud architecture & drive cost optimization.

• Architecting cost reduction through usage monitoring, and using cloud native features like elasticity, containerization, migrating to SaaS, etc.

• Architect principles for good DR capabilities

• Analyzing the apps working in Azure and scalability - Design principles

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review architecture design document.

• Provide architectural support for projects, ensuring that new implementations and changes are aligned with the overall architecture.

• Review and provide input to Sr Cloud Architect

• Lead and coordinate with cloud engineer, cloud security engineer, network engineer, cloud backup

• Support Development team with the implementation and maintenance of environments within Azure

• Validate that AIQ (Application Installation Quality) standards are met and maintained.

• Ensure accurate controls are in place and implemented on implementation and there is an ability to maintain these controls going forward in accordance with Cloud Security Standards.

• Ensure all patching and post-installation configurations are completed accurately and documented.

• Ensure all backup and recovery processes are tested and validated regularly.

• Collaborate with customer's team members to identify and resolve issues and discrepancies

• Carry out migration tasks according to the project plan and schedule..

• Provide troubleshooting, support, and performance optimization for systems and environments during migration to cloud.

• Support transition to Operations and hyper care and ensure a successful transition and handover to the operations team.

• Provide dedicated support during the post-transition period

• Verify Installation of SAP Systems, Databases, Patching, Post Install Configuration, AIQ, and documentation for system backups, support project and day to day environment support
