AX Developer III

We are currently recruiting for an AX Developer III. In this role, you will - under minimal direction - define, develop, code, document, and implement solutions for various business systems and processes.

What you will do in the position:

• Leads and works on projects that emanate from the business plan

• Interfaces with the requestor to examine and explore alternatives and potential solutions for ERP requests and issues

• Continues to interface with requestor during development process

• Delegates development tasks to assigned AX developers on the team

• Assists other programmers with difficult programming tasks

• Assists with testing and debugging of code for development team

• Maintains updates and status changes for in progress requests and projects

• Maintains expert knowledge of ERP system and associated software

• Accomplishes impact analysis at the enterprise level to determine impact on existing systems

What you will need to succeed in this position:

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service with a consistent, positive, can-do attitude to both internal and external customers

• Strong computer programming knowledge

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX

• Experience working with change management software

• Strong knowledge of windows applications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• At least 1 full lifecycle AX or D365 implementation

• Strong computer programming knowledge, SSRS, X++

• Power BI and PowerApps experience preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Knowledge of ISV applications used with Dynamics AX

• Experience

• Minimum of 10 years in Computer/Software Field

• Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - required

• Travel

• Up to 10%

Pay Range: $117,700.00 to $147,100.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
