We are seeking an experienced and accomplished AWS Senior Full Stack Engineer to take on a leadership role as a Tech Lead for a strategic digital product within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. As a Tech Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other Engineers and external partners.

• Lead design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.

Full Stack Development:

• Architect, design, document, and implement scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using AWS services.

• Lead the development of responsive and user-friendly interfaces, collaborating closely with front-end and back-end developers.

Cloud Architecture:

• Design and implement robust and scalable cloud architectures on AWS.

• Evaluate and adopt new AWS services and features to enhance system capabilities.

Backend Development:

• Lead the design and development of secure, scalable, and maintainable server-side components.

• Mentor team members in best practices for backend development and performance optimization.

Design and implement IoT solutions using AWS IoT services.

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of AWS IoT Core, AWS IoT Analytics, and related AWS services.

• Architect and integrate IoT devices with cloud services, ensuring secure and efficient data flow from devices to the cloud.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide expertise in IoT connectivity and cloud integration.

• Optimize IoT systems for scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance.

DevOps and Automation:

• Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance infrastructure as code and deployment automation.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Mentorship and Training:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, fostering their professional growth.

• Conduct training sessions to share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

• Implement and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on AWS technologies.

• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and best practices.

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development languages (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python).

• Strong understanding of web development concepts, RESTful APIs, and responsive design.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
