The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team is looking for Enterprise Service Managers (ESM) that can manage the working relationship with global organizations, develop a long term Professional Services strategy and execute that strategy within those accounts. The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of Go-To-Market and delivery execution of Professional Services and Consulting for the accounts.

Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization and partner ecosystem to propose and deliver the right solution to help our customers in their transformation and innovation initiatives.

  • A Bachelor's of Science degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

  • 15+ years of IT consulting experience, with demonstrated IT Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Experience working with large global multi-national High tech companies

  • Consistently demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and successfully delivering customer outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in meeting customer needs and delivering outcomes

  • A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven success managing executive customer relationship and key business stakeholders

  • Experience with contract negotiations and developing statements of work

  • Be mobile and travel to client locations in the US and globally as needed. Estimated 50-75% annual travel requirement

  • Masters in IT related field, Operations Management, or MBA

  • Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying the relationships between business services, information, applications and global infrastructure assets.

  • Enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL).

  • Broad enterprise systems technology experience including Cloud, SAP, Oracle, and custom application development.

  • Designing, building, and operating global IT processes and infrastructures.

Ensures Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations are in place for the manufacturing processes including SOPs, training and competency, and error management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management. * Assures quality customer service to all customers. * Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy. * Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Identifies and effectively resolves personnel issues. * Oversees technical processes to assure compliance with laboratory SOPs and regulations; oversees the laboratory and assigned departments work flow. * Ensures the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and document control of testing records. May prepare and/or review laboratory reports and records in accordance with SOPs. Takes corrective action and documents incidents. May perform final review of high-complexity testing records per CLIA requirements. * Writes Internal Procedures, as appropriate. * Performs pilot studies, as assigned. * Manages the reporting and resolution of deviations (e.g., errors, quarantine, recall, equipment/reagent failures, and accidents). Oversees technical support services such as Post Donation Information, and Progesa Corrections. * Develops and maintains regular and effective communications and relations with hospital personnel. Customer relationship is proactive and on-going and may include problem-solving, education, technical support, and program development. * Assists District Director of Manufacturing and Laboratory Services with donor notification, donor counseling, and look back. * Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge/Education Bachelor's degree required. Licenses/ Certifications * Certification as a Medical Technologist by a recognized certifying agency required. * Certification as a technologist in blood banking (BB) or specialist in blood banking (SBB) preferred. * State licensure (as required by regulations). Experience * Five years laboratory experience required. To include: * Three years supervisory experience required. * Previous blood bank or blood center experience preferred.
