Position Description
Under the direction of the Manager of Cloud Infrastructure, the Cloud Administrator is responsible for using their technical expertise to monitor and support technology solutions across multiple Business Units that serve as the foundation for all hosted applications in the Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) environment.

The base salary range for this position is $53,435 to $71,597 USD per year (or $31.26 per hour) commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a self-starter willing to dig into small to complex problems, remediate, and identify long-term solutions to ensure systems and applications remain performant and available.
What You will Do and Be Responsible For
Monitor and support infrastructure within AWS.
Acknowledge Jira tickets, respond accordingly using existing SOPs or Runbooks, and facilitate escalation as required for service issues.
Document and analyze alarms, identify points of failure, and see through to resolution any failures working with or escalating to the appropriate team member or department if needed.
Utilize system and performance monitoring tools to ensure reliability (Datadog, New Relic, and Uptime.com)
Participate in customer lifecycle utilizing existing change management procedures.
Interface daily with internal and external support groups
Participate in 24-hour system monitoring and alarm remediation, including after-hours rotation.
Why We Need You (Skill and Abilities)
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or greater
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the following areas:
Monitoring AWS workloads
Cloud monitoring tools and visualization systems such as Datadog and/or New Relic
System administration of Windows and/or Linux
Administration or use of Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS container orchestration.
SQL Administration, including Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
