Job Description Summary
Develop and manage mutually beneficial business relationships with Sponsor Committee approved Agriculture related organizations to support the growth objectives. Oversees the development & execution of SPO business plans focused on increasing penetration of partners organizations, including large cooperatives, Farm Bureau's and other agricultural associations.
Will need to recommend growth opportunities based on data. Identifies and leads the development of new relationships with Agriculture based organizations focused on driving mutually beneficial results. Serves as the relationship lead with the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation. Will network with VIPs internally & externally to manage complex dynamics with a strong influence ability.

Key Responsibilities
Existing Partner Growth - leverage agricultural and cooperative market expertise, visibility, product strength, and relationships to build market share and policy growth with existing partnerships.Develop annual business plans, leverage data to identify growth potential, design new work processes to enable growth.Identify critical stakeholders at each partner organization and ensure program objectives are mutually beneficial.
Partner Performance and Satisfaction - drive business performance across all relative Nationwide business units.Develop and execute partner business plans to support the growth plans of Nationwide.Delivers best in class partners' satisfaction.
New Partner Growth
Performs other duties as assigned.
Breadth Across Enterprise
Execute enterprise-wide value proposition in the Agriculture sector to support the growth goals of Nationwide Agribusiness, Nationwide Financial, and other Nationwide business units. Leads Nationwide's relationships with national Agriculture related organizations and industry related conferences/events. Accountable for leadership identification for the Nationwide Board Council.
Financial Responsibility and Scope
P&C DWP connected with Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, CHS, and Southern States Cooperative is $525m. This partner group represents a large percentage of the Land as Your Legacy case activity.

Oversee the key sponsor relationships with Ohio Farm Bureau, CHS, and Southern States with a focus on bringing more focus on business performance.
Identify, develop, and manage business focused relationships with identified agricultural based organizations across the United States.
Identify candidates for the Nationwide Board Council.
Reports To: VP, Chief Agriculture Sponsor Relations Officer
Typical Skills and Experiences
Education/Certification/Licenses: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred. Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience/Skills: Minimum of ten years of experience in the property/casualty, financial services or related industry with demonstrated progression of increased responsibility.
Prior experience with agricultural industry is required. Prior experience with business to business partnerships is a plus. Knowledge of Nationwide's business units is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill required. Exceptional communication and collaboration skill required. Must be effective in collaborating with senior level leadership and board of directors in the agriculture sector.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager's leader and HR Business Partner.
