AVP Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Chubb is seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager preferably specializing in High Net Worth (HNW) clients within the financial services industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns to engage, acquire, and retain high net worth individuals as valued insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies targeting high net worth clients, aligned with business objectives and customer segments.

• Define target audiences, personas, and customer journeys for HNW individuals.

Paid Media and Advertising:

• Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising) to reach high target audiences.

• Optimize campaign performance through audience segmentation, ad testing, and budget management.

Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:

• Develop engaging and informative content tailored to high net worth clients, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

• Reinforce the brand as a thought leader in the insurance industry for HNW individuals.

SEO and Website Optimization:

• Optimize website content and structure for relevant keywords and search intent to improve organic visibility and traffic from high net worth prospects.

• Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Email Marketing and CRM:

• Develop targeted email campaigns and newsletters for high net worth segments leveraging CRM data to personalize communications.

• Implement lead nurturing workflows to drive engagement and conversion.

Social Media and Influencer Marketing:

• Manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to engage with high net worth audiences and amplify brand messaging.

• Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to reach and influence HNW individuals.

Marketing Automation and Lead Generation:

• Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of high net worth leads.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns targeting high net worth clients.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
