We are currently seeking a Risk Analyst within the Office of Enterprise Risk Management to support all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program. Overall responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.

This role will require communicating with individuals throughout the institution regarding risk practices and emerging risks in various business units. This role may also act as a consultative resource to the first and second lines of defense, put together risk presentations or informational reports for business unit leaders, executive management and the Board of Directors, and help create entity-wide policies related to risk management and risk governance. Job Description ? Performing risk assessments on different business units, as well as assisting business units in performing self-assessments and self-testing. ? Working with business lines and support teams on development of action plans to remediate any heightened risk resulting from ERM risk assessments and identify opportunities to improve internal controls; and assist in developing policies and control processes for managing such risk exposures. ? Helping create entity-wide policies and procedures as new risk regulations are promulgated or as the business environment changes. ? Compiling and monitoring key risk indicators, assessing the need for new indicators depending on the change in the entity?s business or processes ? Requirements
? At least 3 years of work experience in risk management, Internal Audit, External Audit, or risk management for a financial institution, consulting firm, or regulatory agency. ? Knowledge of credit, liquidity, market, and capital risks is a plus. ? Advanced knowledge of MS Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). ? An understanding of finance/ accounting/business operations, either through educational degree or work experience. ? Ability to understand sound risk/reward decisions. ? Ability to consciously balance data, logic and intuition in all activities. ? Ability to think broadly, generate simple and creative ideas, and to translate strategy to execution. ? Self- motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as a team.

Governance provides oversight to ensure technology services align with the Bank's strategic direction in order to deliver optimum value to the Bank by managing risk, tracking demand, and overseeing resource and performance management for the Technology Group. Your role as a Risk Governance Analyst: We are currently seeking an analyst to participate in a small team focused on the collection and evaluation of data linked to risk inherent to business lines from the use of technology. We are seeking a team member who can synthesize, analyze, and interpret various data sets, ultimately helping to communicate conclusions regarding technology risk to stakeholders across the Bank. To do so, the candidate should possess the following abilities: * Identify, analyze, respond to, and report on technology risks or vulnerabilities across the Bank. * Report on and analyze risk events which occur due to technology breakdowns, in conjunction with business area stakeholders. * Effectively translate technical information into business terms for communication to stakeholders across Groups. * Quickly learn and document processes across various technology domains. What we are looking for: * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Finance, or a related discipline * 1-2 years of experience (or significant internships during school) in a risk or technology related field, preferably in the financial industry. * Excellent analytical skills for data collection and analysis, with the ability to see trends and make conclusions based on findings. * CISA, CRISC, CGEIT or other industry recognized equivalents is a plus. * Interest in learning about technology related risks and controls in a central banking environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. * Strong interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills to assist in reporting and overall documentation of risks, controls and processes.
