Teladoc Health has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our Hospital & Health System market sales team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales revenue objectives in the company's provider market which includes health and hospital systems, urgent care centers, pharmacies and physician organizations. We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and capable senior sales individual with a demonstrated record of success in provider market sales. You will be expected to spend the majority of your time performing direct sales activity and to close new business primarily focusing on hospital and health systems.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Responsible for increasing revenue to established sales goals for the Hospital & Health System market.
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
Participate in on-boarding, training and continuous learning programs that enable sales team to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
Adhere to established sales and management process to include team meetings, standardized reports and compliance with CRM and sales tracking.
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and develop key relationships.
Review inventory of all sales and marketing materials; Identify gaps in materials and work with VP Sales to address.
Ensure regular communication to and from VP of Sales and other divisions of company.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or related fields.
A minimum of 10 years of sales experience including 5 years in healthcare and hospital systems.
Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals
Strong consultative sales experience and discussing solutions with C-level and senior decision makers in mid-large organizations.
Experience working with hospital and health systems required.
Experience in growth stage companies desired.
Willingness to travel domestically and up to 50% of the time.
