The AVP Operations is primarily responsible for oversight of the Loan Operations function. This includes planning and execution of all aspects of loan operations, including policies and procedures, loan documentation, processing, and reviews.
Essential Functions:
Knowledge of Wall Street Office Administrator and Wall Street Office Reporting
Daily Portfolio of Activity. Includes managing a portfolio of 75-100 loans, which include LIBOR rollover, amortization payment, etc.
Invoice/billing clients
Ability to Review complex Credit Agreements to obtain pertinent information
Cash Balancing
Provide support to the credit function in the analysis of customer's financial performance.
Plans, designs, implements and directs loan administration functions for efficiency, consistency, accuracy and turnaround time to better meet customer and internal expectations.
Manages WSO database and data integrity. Ensures all transactions are documented and set-up according to procedure
Handles KYC, AML and other procedures necessary for BDCs, CLOs and other funds Support the Controls process for OFS and Client funds
Performs ongoing training, review and communicates current or developing lending industry topics/concerns or standards.
Everest trade management entry and all trade panel review, along with any issue resolution related to trade activity. Performs data fields review and updates/cleans up as needed
Responsible for managing the Internal Controls process as it relates to Loan Administration for OFS Funds

Supervisory Responsbilities:
Education/Experience Requirements: (including certification, licenses, etc
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years' experience in loan processing, documentation, and administration, with demonstrable increase in responsibility over time
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in capital markets and complex commercial loans
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of commercial lending terminology.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel.
Excel - VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables and modeling experience
Experience with Wall Street Office or similar loan platforms
MATHEMATICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts / premiums, interest, commissions, percentages In depth knowledge of commercial lending and necessary financial reporting
Performance Metrics:
Accuracy and timeliness of work product
Compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures
Demonstration of appropriate judgment and decision making in resolving issues which arise.
Demonstrated ownership in completing essential tasks and assignments.
