Job Description

Dollar Bank is seeking a commercial lender for our Corporate Banking division. In this role, you will assume relationship management for an existing commercial loan portfolio comprised of small to middle market businesses, identifying and calling on prospects to attract new banking relationships, and collaboration with other internal departments/personnel to expand and enhance customer relationships including Treasury Management, Private Banking and Commercial Real Estate. You will be expected to provide a high service level with attention to detail in a team-oriented culture.

Principal Activities and Duties:

• Assume relationship management for an existing commercial loan portfolio.

• Develop/source banking opportunities for businesses with credit needs of $1 million and greater within a 75-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA.

• Call on business prospects and existing customers to retain, attract and expand relationships.

• Provide high-level relationship management through a consultive interactive approach.

• Establish, prioritize, and execute business development strategies to expand the bank's Corporate Banking portfolio.

• Participate in community, civic and/or business events/functions to represent the bank with an emphasis on developing and maintaining business relationships.

• Collaborate with other areas of the bank to service and grow relationships including treasury management, credit, private banking, merchant processing and wealth management.

• Inform senior management of any material considerations affecting a business client's banking relationship or risk profile.

• Provide advice and guidance to management regarding lending risks, lending policies and to ensure regulatory requirements/compliance are met.

• Monitor and collect delinquent loan payments, past due financial information, document exceptions and covenant compliance certificates within the portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; will consider commensurate experience.

• Three (3) years banking, lending, accounting or corporate finance experience is required.

• Ability to read and analyze financial and operational strengths and weaknesses of business entities including leverage, key risk factors, industry trends, sources of repayment and cash flow.

• Strong math, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

• Desire and ability to provide high level, quality relationship management.

• Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.

• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
