The Sales Enablement Team is in need of a talented content writer & strategist supporting the sales team to create compelling thought leadership, white papers, presentations, case studies, playbooks, blog posts, social media content, web copy and more. We're looking for someone who can embrace our team culture and will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content and traditional collateral. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive sales results. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to create content and drive measurable outcomes supporting the National Sales Team. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.
Ideate, develop strategy and create content & marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers to the National Sales Team
Create various content to include: traditional collateral, email templates, scripts, blogs, white papers, presentations, thought leadership, competitive analysis, social and storyboards
Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
Edit content produced by other members of the team
Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
Work closely with sales management to create aligned messaging, narratives, and positioning
Play a key role in go to market strategy across multiple channels and audiences
Adapts to change and manages competing demands: changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
Proficient on digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing & web analytics
Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
Financial Services experience preferred and with least three years of experience writing for a B2B audience
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred
