AVP, Commercial Pricing & Analysis
The AVP Commercial Pricing and Analysis is accountable for leading a team driving strong business decisions in Pricing Strategy, Deal Pricing, Governance, Tools, and Analytics across the Commercial channel. The position partners closely with the leadership of the Commercial Segment and requires cross-functional collaboration with executive leaders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to maximize profit growth, process consistency, and performance visibility. This critical role balances strategic portfolio thinking with tactical pricing management and expertise. This leader also leads regular initiative and performance communication with executive leadership focused on maximizing Commercial profitability.

Partner with VP of Commercial Business on strategic direction of commercial portfolio including business prioritization, customer and partner negotiations, new & existing offerings, commercial opportunities & partnerships, and pricing performance improvement.
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for large-scale national (RFP's) with responsibilities including strategy development, financial modeling/analytics, option analysis, negotiation, and development and coordination of RFP responses
Identify and support implementation of best practices, processes and tools to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle for consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximize execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity
Recruit, train, lead, and develop pricing leaders and individuals.
Drives discussion and standardization of pricing and strategy recommendations with SVP-level leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Marketing functions
Leads development and communication of key metrics and analysis driving both deal-level action and portfolio-wide performance.
Communication and Influencing -- Strong ability to communicate strategies, concepts, and approaches to senior leaders internally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) along with external customers and partners.

10+ years experience across Pricing Strategy, Deal Pricing, Pricing Analysis, and Pricing Processes.
Strong experience leading and coaching a pricing team.
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering) or equivalent. MBA preferred.
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
Experience with pricing and/or contracting software a plus.
